Steering obsolescence management across an estate of more than 800 servers in a highly security-sensitive environment: governance, steering committees, dashboards and prioritisation of remediation plans.

An estate brought back under control, with clear priorities.

2024 — 2025

Migrate a data centre to the cloud without losing control of costs

E.ON Sverige · Sweden, international assignment

End-to-end management of a data-centre migration to the cloud for the group's Swedish entity. FinOps governance, cost tracking, trade-offs, coordination between Sweden and France, and a contribution to the cloud-maturity assessment of the application portfolio.

A controlled cutover and cloud spend made readable.

2022 — 2023

Run two critical programmes at once on a €12M portfolio

Radisson Hotel Group · international

Simultaneous management of the Danish data-centre migration to the cloud and multi-site network modernisation across the hotels (€7M CAPEX and €5M OPEX over five years).

Two sensitive projects held in parallel under a single governance.

Put a Build and Run organisation back in order

Organisational transformation of Build and Run: assessment, target model, compliance plan, governance and reporting to the executive committee.

Hold the infrastructure budget of two sites under one vision

Coordination of two sites (1,000 users, 700 servers), project portfolio management, building and tracking the infrastructure budget, reporting to the CIO.

A portfolio and a budget steered end to end.

2016 — 2020

Tackle Windows and SQL obsolescence at scale

Microsoft / Engie IT · Téreos · DILA · French Ministry of Justice

Windows and SQL Server obsolescence expertise, audit of 1,200 servers, migration of 1,300 workstations, rollout planning across 1,400 sites. Management, KPIs and change management.

Large-scale rollouts framed and delivered.

Before these assignments: ran his own services company, Alpha Systèmes Informatique (2001 — 2013, IT outsourcing, EDI and WMS), and started out as an application developer (1997 — 2001).
